A better first project conversation.

You do not need a finished plan to begin. You need enough for the conversation to be about your project rather than about projects in general.

You do not need every answer

You do not need every decision made before getting in touch. Begin with what you know: the project location, the rooms involved and the result you want.

Tell us whether you are exploring possibilities, developing a design or preparing for fabrication. Those three conversations are genuinely different, and saying which one you are in saves everyone a detour.

What to bring

Bring plans, approximate dimensions and photographs if you have them. Note the fixtures, appliances and surrounding finishes already selected.

A shortlist of materials is helpful, but questions are just as welcome. Share your preferred timing and any site access constraints the team should understand — stairs, lift dimensions, parking and delivery windows all shape what is practical.

Leave with the next step

Use the conversation to clarify what happens next. Ask what information is needed for an estimate, which selections remain open and what must be confirmed before fabrication.

Our downloadable checklist is a simple place to gather these notes. It is a planning aid; final measurements and installation details still need to be verified for the project.
